What is your Refund Policy?

Please contact us before returning any products. We can only accept returns if the seal has not been broken or tampered with. If a refund is required please return products in original condition using a tracked postage service to the returns address on the package. Please post using the same packaging as you received the item in, in order to protect the items. Please do not return an opened product.

What Do I Do If My Purchase Is Damaged?

How Do I Cancel My Order?

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us right away, you can email us at sales@healinggreenfarms.com.  If the package has already been shipped from our shipping station, you will just need to return it back to us to complete the refund.
